Stage 2 of the Maine Summer adventure race is an island-hopping paddle around the township of Harpswell, Maine. Teams will be on and off the water for several hours as they navigate the difficult paddling and off trail navigation. Rough estimates for the optimal route on this stage are 18 miles of paddling and 7 miles of trekking. This section is iconic Maine but it will also test teams who want to clear the course.
