24 Hours, starting right now

The headline event at the Maine Summer Adventure Race is the 24 hour race which serves as a qualifier for the USARA Nationals and is a part of the Adventure Racing World Series. Lots of experienced teams out there in the field, and two of the previous years’ winners are not here to defend their titles. With 80 checkpoints spread over 5 stages including some very tricky paddling and navigation, this could be anyone’s race. Check out the course flyover and some shots from the start below:
